Lent is a time of prayer and renewal and an opportunity to refocus relationships with God. This year, Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 26, and continues through Holy Saturday, April 11th. We have provided a resource page with links to material, prayers and reflections to guide you through this Lenten season. We also have provided links to print and watch Lenten reflections from the Catholic Health Association.

Below are some Prayers and Reflections for you to download this Lenten season:

A reading from the book of the prophet Joel: "Even now," says the Lord, "return to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning; rend your hearts and not your clothing".
Download Prayer One

Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast love; According to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, And cleanse me from my sin.
Download Prayer Two

Dear Lord Jesus, by Your Passion and Resurrection You brought life to the world. But the glory of the Resurrection came only after the sufferings of the Passion.
Download Prayer Three

Dear Lord, in this Lenten season we come to you in prayer. You know the deepest prayers of our hearts before we frame them in words.

Where can the weak find a place of firm security and peace, except in the wounds of the Savior? Indeed, the more secure is my place there the more he can do to help me.
